Not paying attention I closed the garage door on a pipe laying in the track. Needless to say it did some damage even though the automatic reverse opened the door back up. Emailed what happened on Sunday evening. Appointment with quote provided in just a few minutes and appointment confirmed. Once again they arrived on time. What Port Arthur weather does to a garage door

Hurricane Rita in September 2005 brought a 116 mph gust to Port Arthur and power outages that lasted weeks in places, and Hurricane Harvey in August 2017 dropped 26 inches of rain in one day at the airport, according to Wikipedia. A large tornado also damaged parts of the city on December 28, 2024. After a storm, know where the manual release cord is, and keep the opener off if water reached it until it is checked.
